Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner is the owner of the building a portion of which is occupied by the fifth respondent as tenant. According to the petitioner, the conduct of the fifth respondent is highly undesirable. If the petitioner wants to evict the fifth respondent from the premises, it is for the petitioner to take recourse to legal process. He cannot expect the Inspector of Police to come to his rescue.
