After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw this writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner to send fresh representation for herself alone may please be preserved.

3.Though obvious it is made clear that rights if any of other individuals who have sent representations along with writ petitioner and who are not before this Court will remain intact and will not be affected by this Court.
