Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the petitioner's property compromised in survey No. 199/14C is situated at pathipatti Revenue Village, Illuppur Taluk, Pudukottai District, based on his representation dated 28.06.2025 and consequently direct the third respondent to give police protection during survey to be conducted.

ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey his property situated in Survey No. 199/14C, Pathipatti Revenue Village, Illuppur Taluk, Pudukottai District, by considering his application dated 28.06.2025.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.K.Arunraj, learned counsel appearing
for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkamkarunanithi, learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the third respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with. 3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.According to the petitioner, the subject property is his ancestral property and the patta for the same stands in the name of his father, Kulanthaisamy in Patta No.71. The petitioner submitted an application on 28.06.2025, in Application No.2025/0123/22/010308, seeking survey of the subject property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
6.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 28.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, fourth respondent, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
