Respondent / Complainant (Crime No.7/2009) Prayer :- This Criminal Appeal has been filed under section 378 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Court to call for the records of the Special Court for Prevention of Corruption Act Cases cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, in Spl.C.C. No.5 of 2014 by Judgment dated 10.07.2018. ORDER:- This Criminal Appeal coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Kather Hussain, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.S.Ravi, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

"By the Judgment dated 15.05.2025, this Court confirmed the conviction rendered by the trial Court and issued direction to secure the accused person to serve the remaining period and ordered to post the matter today under the caption for reporting compliance.

2.Today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the accused was secured and remanded by the respondent police. Hence, the order of this Court has been complied.
