By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the petitioners to pay the Additional Security Deposit of Rs.68,59,937/-, Rs.80,79,541/-, Rs.43,81,280/-, Rs.99,58,010/- and Rs. 1,29,86,286/- in 6 equal monthly installments along with the regular current consumption charges.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners states that due to frequent power cut, production loss and continuous recession in the industry, the petitioners were not in a position to pay the Additional Security Deposit at once and hence pleads before this Court to pay the Additional Security Deposit in 6 equal monthly installments. He would further submit that this Court in similar circumstances, in 5/7

W.P.No.21221 of 2024 has ordered for payment of Additional Security Deposit, in six equal monthly installments, along with current consumption charges and the petitioners herein are also ready and willing to pay the Additional Security Deposit by way of 6 monthly installments.

4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents also agreed for the same.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also having regard to the submissions made, these Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the petitioners to pay the Additional Security Deposit of Rs.68,59,937/-, Rs. 80,79,541/-, Rs.43,81,280/-, Rs.99,58,010/- and Rs.1,29,86,286/- in six equal installments along with regular current consumption charges, commencing from 01.10.2024, failing which it is open to the respondents to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law. No costs.
