W.P.(MD) No.22358 of 2019 4.The learned counsel appearing for the Diocese (CSI) would submit that for the very same shop, one Mr.Ramadoss has filed a writ petition and the same is pending in W.P.No.24688 of 2018. 5.Further, on a perusal of the records, it is seen that the very same issue was dealt with by the Principal Bench of this Court. In fact, the petitioner has also approached the Principal Bench in respect of another shop. For the reasons best known to him, he has approached this Bench against the very same issue in respect of another shop. Such attitude amounts to forum shopping. 5.To avoid any conflicting decisions, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to approach the Principal Bench of this Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

6.Recording the said endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
