ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4

528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.506 of 2022 dated 10.07.2022 and to file the final report within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.506 of 2022 on 10.07.2022 for the offences under Sections 468, 471, 406 and 420 IPC.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that it is a job racketing case and that they have examined 5 witnesses and investigation is pending and seeks one month time to file a final report before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
