This Criminal Original Petition is filed challenging the FIR in Crime No.14 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent Police dated 01.12.2023.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submitted that after completing the investigation, a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai on 14.05.2024 in C.C. LTN:20230001970000066. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith.
