RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for complying the condition imposed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.13886 of 2021 dt.25.10.2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PORKODI KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioner is serving Indian Army, he is not in a position to contact his counsel. Hence, he is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.13886 of 2021 dated 25.10.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13886 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
