PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.150 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 342, 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.150 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is father-in-law of the petitioner. On 25.06.2023, the petitioner approached the defacto complainant by 1/3

proposing to marry the another daughter of defacto complainant. When the same was ignored by the defacto complainant, he was attacked by the petitioner. When he escaped and ran away from the occurence place, the petitioner chased the defacto complainant and attacked him with deadly weapon. The defacto complainant was admitted in hospital. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any such offences as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the defacto complainant sustained grievous injury.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the grevious nature of injury inflicted upon the injured, I find no change of circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
