2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11756 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
