ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing Letter D.No.920/2022 Dated 09/11/2022 from Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam, this Court made the following order:

"The learned Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam sent a letter dated 09.11.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of IA.No.865 of 2018 and IA.No.817 of 2019 in OS.No.311 of 2018 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 17.02.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the above said letter a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of IA.865 of 2018 and IA.No.817 of 2019 in OS.No.311 of 2018."
