ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance with regard to charges levied by the respondent corporation for the sewer connection from the year 2010 has filed this writ petition.

2.According to the learned Counsel for the respondent Corporation, the underground drainage facility was effected from the year 2016. He requests for some time to get instructions.

3.Considering the submission made on either side, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to revise the demand from the date of providing drainage connection to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
