This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to file final report in Cr.No.8 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent before the Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Trichy District, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent registered a case in crime No.8 of 2018 and after due investigation, he filed the charge sheet and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.167 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Trichy District.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
