The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the Petitioner, dated 3.7.2025 questioning the order passed by the second respondent, dated 6.6.2025.

2.Mr.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties,the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The Petitioner submitted an application seeking survey of the property in S.No.159/8B, situated at Palavanatham Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District .The said application was rejected by the second respondent vide order, dated 6.6.2025.Aggrieved by the same, the Petitioner preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 3.7.2025. The said appeal has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate who 2/5

takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the appeal filed by the Petitioner will be dealt with in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the limited prayer sought for by the Petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the Petitioner, dated 3.7.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after after affording reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
