COMMON ORDER By this common order, these Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent and after dispensing with the notice on the fifth respondent, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against him.
2. The petitioner in W.P.(MD) No.22476 of 2025 is before this Court for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 4 to forthwith provide the Uninterrupted Cable Television Signals to the petitioner M/s. Akshaya Cable Network through local cable operator No.2228 at No.11/4/428, Bharathi Dasan Street, Thamaraikulam, Periyakulam District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.07.2025.
3. The petitioner in W.P.(MD) No.22477 of 2025 is before this Court for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 4 to forthwith provide the Uninterrupted Cable Television Signals to the petitioner M/s. Akshaya Cable Network through local cable operator No.LCO 2132 at No.46, VOC Street, 3/6
T.Kallipatti, Thamaraikulam, Periyakulam District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.07.2025.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents 1 to 3 submits that the third respondent will consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, dated 25.07.2025 and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state, the respondents 4 and 5 shall also be heard before the final orders are passed.
5. These Writ Petitions are disposed of, with the above observations. No costs.
