COMMON ORDER Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner is figuring as plaintiff in the petition mentioned suits. He filed IAs for causing production of the petition mentioned documents. IAs were dismissed vide order dated 03.07.2024. Questioning the same, this civil revision petitions have been filed.
3. I am not in a position to fault the court below. However, the petitioner is given liberty to apply for the certified copies of the petition mentioned documents before the office of the third respondent. If the documents are available, the certified copies thereof shall be furnished within a period of 7 days from the date of the application.
4. With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner and direction to the third respondent, these civil revision petitions are disposed of. No costs.
