PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's pending appeal vide their proceedings in Na.Ka.D1/2798/2025 against the second respondents order in Moo.Mu.Aa1/6472/2024, dated 10.12.2024 within the stipulated time limit as fixed by this Hon'ble Court and consequently, direct the fourth respondent by restraining him from making any encumbrance against the petitioner's own properties with the third parties based on the petitioner's settlement deeds vide the third respondents documents Nos. 3588/2010 dated 26.11.2010 and 1/2120/2024 dated 03.06.2024. ORDER

This Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the third respondent and after dispensing with the notice on the fourth respondent, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the fourth 2/5

respondent.

2. Suffice to state that the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 has submitted that enquiry is completed before the first respondent and orders will be passed in due course.

3. Recording the above submission, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of the second respondent dated 10.12.2024 in his proceedings in Moo.Mu.Aa1/6472/2024.
