ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Eraniel, to dispose the suit in O.S.No. 63 of 2018, pending on its file within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the respondent / plaintiff, has filed a suit in O.S.No.63 of 2018, on the file of learned Principal District Munsif, Earniel, for permanent injunction. He has also filed a written statement on 04.02.2019. Thereafter, the suit has been pending for trial for the past 9 months without any progress. He has also filed an application in I.A.No.2 of 2019, before the Court below for early disposal of the suit and the same was dismissed without assigning any reason. In the meanwhile, the respondent has created troubles to him and therefore, un-necessarily disputes arose between them. Hence, he has filed the present petition seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.63 of 2018, at the earliest.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that if the suit is disposed of at the earliest point of time, all the other dispute between the parties will be come to an end. Therefore, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the said suit within a time frame.

5. Accordingly, the learned Principal District Munsif, Eraniel, is hereby directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.63 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(MD)No.1907 of 2019 2018, pending on its file as expeditiously as possible, on merits and in accordance with law, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

This Civil Revision petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
