----------- The Hon'ble High Court while hearing the CRL OP(MD)No.19531 of 2021 on 21.01.2022 has passed an order as follows: This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.445 of 2015 registered on the file of the Valliyur Police Station. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyur on 02.03.2016. It is further stated that cognizance is yet to be taken. The Registrar (Judicial) is called upon to get information from the Judicial Magistrate (Valliyur) as to whether the statement of the police is correct.
