Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.KARUPPASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the order passed by this Court, dated 01.11.2021 in Crl.OP(MD)No.14426 of 2021.
2. The petitioner was released on bail, by this Court, on 01.11.2021 with certain conditions and one of the condition is that the persons who are giving sureties should be respectable persons in their locality, either Government Servants or elected people representatives or the persons who are having permanent business establishments and the sureties shall file an affidavit before the trial Court, by ensuring that the petitioner will not indulge in any other offence in future and he will be available for the entire trial.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that he is not in a position to execute the sureties as stated above in paragraph 7 (a) of the order dated 01.11.2021. Since because of that, he is still in custody and could not be released from prison. Hence, he seeks modification of the above said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.11122 of 2021 4.Considering the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition 7(a) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.14426 of 2021, dated 01.11.2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) with two blood relatives.
