ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No. 149 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police and to quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the after investigation, final report was filed in this case as mistake of fact on 11.05.2023 and RCS notice was also served to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.11.2023 NCC :
