ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents to survey the property comprised in survey No.534/4 with an extent of 0.9.00 hectare situated at Vadavambadi Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District by considering the petitioner's application dated 02.07.2025.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.V.Karuna, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, the subject property is his ancestral property and the joint Patta stands in his name, along with the names of his mother and siblings, in Patta No.1046. He submitted an application on 02.07.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/14/004755, seeking a survey of the subject property. However, the said application has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for respondents, would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 02.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, co-pattathars, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
