ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned order passed in Cr.MP.No.6121 of 2024 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, dated 10.09.2024, and modify the condition in Cr.MP.No.5651 of 2024, dated 29.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The difficulties expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is doing grocery business in Chennai and considering the fact that in one case, he is released on anticipatory bail, in another case, he is released on bail, pending investigation, he has to necessarily go before the respondent and no exception whatsoever can be taken for the condition. The petitioner shall comply with the condition for a period of another 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and after signing for 10 days, the condition will stand relaxed.

4. with the above modification, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
