This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to forthwith consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 24.08.2015 along with the recommendation of the third respondent RDO in Na.Ka.A3/4563/2016 dated 19.12.2016, for issuance of Patta in the name of the petitioner namely, the SR. Superior, St.Ignatius Convent, Palayamkottai - 627 002, Tirunelveli District, with respect to the School namely, Loyola Convent Primary School, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District, admeasuring to an extent of 0.99 Ares (99 cents) in Town Survey No.1075 (Old T.S.No.543 B) at B.L. Block No.9, Ward 24, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the petitioner's application dated 24.08.2015 for issuance of Patta will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today.
