JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR,J.) The petitioner in W.P(MD)No.527 of 2015 has preferred the present writ appeal challenging the order dated 08.07.2019.
2. A perusal of the prayer in the above said writ petition reveals that the said writ petition has been filed to quash the order passed by the Educational Authorities, wherein, the request of the petitioner, for grant of third incentive increment for having acquired higher qualification, has been rejected.
3. The Writ Court after considering the submissions made on the side of the petitioner, has proceeded to dismiss the writ petition on the ground that it is a policy decision and therefore, it cannot be interfered.

4. Challenging the same, the present writ appeal has been filed. Pending writ appeal, the issue relating to the third incentive increment was considered by a Full Bench of this Court in the writ appeals in W.A.Nos.3674 of 2019 batch cases, dated 29.04.2022. The Hon'ble Full Bench has held that during the entire service period, a teacher would be entitled to get only two incentive increments.
5. In view of the above settled position of law, there are no merits in the writ appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs.
