PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for records pertaining to the Impugned Provisional Selection List for the Direct Recruitment of Special Teachers for the year 2012-2016 in respect of Physical Education Teachers published by the fourth respondent dated 12.10.2018 quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to fill up the Post of Special Teachers (Physical Education Teacher) for the year 2012-2016 notified in the Notification No.05/2017, dated 26.07.2017 in the Elementary School Level as per the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Elementary Educational Subordinate Service and order passed in W.P.(MD) No.15917 of 2017, on the file of this Court.
