2.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that based on the written instructions, which she has received from the Assistant Engineer, Water Resources Department, Vadakkankulam submits that in the year 2021, the damage caused due to over flow of water has now been corrected. By referring this, the learned Special Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's representation has already been addressed.
