ORDER

[Order of this Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.P.M.Vishnuvarthanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner seeks for consideration of his representation, dated 15.07.2019, seeking to remove the encroachment made by the fourth respondent.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate speaking orders will be passed.

4. In the light of the above, we direct the third respondent to pass a speaking order on the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2019 and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
