Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner is a tenant in respect of the petition mentioned premises. There is dispute between the petitioner and his landlord and the same is the subject matter of O.S.No.346 of 2021 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court No.I, Trichy. It is for the petitioner to pursue his remedies against the landlord in the civil suit.
