ORDER
The petitioner, who is working as Assistant Professor in aided minority institution, has filed this Writ Petition, seeking for disbursement of monetary benefits and arrears under the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS). 2.A perusal of the documents filed on the side of the petitioner discloses that on 30.06.2023, the 3rd respondent had sanctioned Career Advancement Scheme in favour of the petitioner along with 12 other Professors.
3.A perusal of the letter of the 3rd respondent dated 18.04.2023 reveals that Secretary / Principals of aided Colleges have been instructed not to include the CAS monetary benefits with regular monthly salary bills on the ground that so far the Government has not allotted the funds for releasing monetary benefits under the Career Advancement Scheme. Therefore, so far, monetary benefits have not been disbursed.
4.In view of the said facts, the 3rd respondent herein is directed to release the monetary benefits and arrears arising out of Career Advancement Scheme to the petitioner as and when funds are allotted by the Government. 2/4
5.This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the said observation. No costs.
