No. 158 of 2015 on the file of learned Commissioner for Employees Compensation (Deputy Commissioner of Labour), Madurai, by withholding the same till the dsposal of the above CMA.

Prayer in CMA(MD). 1077/ 2022 :

To set aside the Award dated 27.07.2022 received on 13.08.2022 made in E.C. No. 158 of 2015 on the file of the Commissioner of Employees Compensation (Deputy Commissioner of Labour) Madurai, and allow this CMA.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SRINIVASA RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed under the Workmen Compensation Act. It is stated that the entire amount was already deposited by the appellant.

Hence, this petition is allowed.
