Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.

2. The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the petition mentioned suit. No exception can be taken to the said request. The suit is of the year 2015. More than nine years have elapsed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that already a direction for speedy disposal was issued.

4. Taking into account of the relevant facts and circumstances, I direct the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.53 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the next hearing date. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
