ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the writ petitioner to run a SPA in the name of Epic Global Wellness Studio in No.12/148/1, 2nd floor, Poppys Hotel, Uthangudi, Madurai- 625107 based on the representation dated 04.09.2024 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation is pending before the first respondent.

4. Recording the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2024 and pass orders in 2/4

accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
