This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent to direct the fifth respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by helping the sixth respondent based on his representation dated 03.09.2024 within a time frame. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that there was money transaction between the petitioner and the sixth respondent and that on the basis of the complaint given by the sixth respondent, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.408 of 2024 and the same was ordered to be closed on 21.07.2024.
