This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.28 of 2021 on the file of the first police.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 28 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.231 of 2021.
