By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 11.07.2025 of the 2nd respondent and also to direct the 2nd respondent to exonerate the charge memorandum dated 25.10.2024 and regularize the petitioner's service and pay the back wages in accordance with law.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was working as Extension officer in the 2nd respondent Union. While so, on 25.09.2024, levelling certain allegations, he was suspended from service and subsequently charge memo was also issued. It is his case that even after completion of enquiry, the suspension was not revoked and penalty was imposed vide order dated 11.07.2025. Challenging the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent, appeal has been filed before the 1st respondent on 24.07.2025 and the same is pending.

6. Considering the limited scope of the matter, without adverting to the merits or the contentions made, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first to consider the appeal of the petitioner dated 24.07.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 14.08.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No RR 3/4
