O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to update the digital records pertains to S.Nos.82/17 and 82/18 as per the order passed by the second respondent in Thaa.Pa.64/2019/A5, dated 9.12.2020.

2.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both parties,the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, he was assigned with 6 ares of land in the above mentioned survey numbers by order, dated 11.3.2007 and the patta for the subject property was also issued in her name in Patta No.1243. In the digital records, the extent of the property assigned in favour of the petitioner has not been correctly mentioned. Therefore the Petitioner submitted a representation before the first respondent on 8.10.2018 and the 2/6

same was forwarded to the third respondent for necessary action. Since no action was taken by the third respondent, the Petitioner preferred a representation to the second respondent, who in his proceedings in Thaa.Pa.64/2019/A5, dated 9.12.2020, directed the third respondent to update the extent in the online records. Inspite of the said direction, the third respondent has not passed any order. Therefore the Petitioner submitted a fresh representation on 12.8.2024 requesting him to update the digital revenue records as per the direction issued by the second respondent in his order, dated 9.12.2020. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner has come to this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mr.M.

Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 12.8.2024 in the light of the direction issued by the second respondent on 09.12.

from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
