ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order of the respondent dated 29.07.2019 and to direct the respondent to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representations dated 05.09.2015 and 07.09.2019. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to withdraw the Writ Petition, if the respondent is directed to consider his representation dated 07.09.2019, seeking subsistence allowance.

3.Recording the endorsement and submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2019 and pay the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
