ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to survey the property situated in Old Survey.No.10/6 and New Survey No.10/6A, Pottapalayam Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District to an extent of 1 acre and fix the boundaries, by considering the online application dated 23.01.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.
3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4. According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by her under a registered Sale Deed dated 15.02.2022. Patta for the subject property also stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.629. She submitted an online application on 07.12.2024 in A.No. 2024/N123/23/005832, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 2/4
5. The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application filed by the petitioner dated 07.12.2024 will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 07.12.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.
7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
