Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2019 and thereby direct the first respondent to issue duplicate copy of transfer certificate of petitioner's father Late.K.Nallamuthu based within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Mr.J.Yesu Subananth, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner, Mr.A.V.Arun, learned Counsel for first respondent and Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate for second respondent are before this Court.

2. It is submitted that records pertaining to the request of writ petitioner have since been located and even a photocopy has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.22160 of 2019 been handed over to the writ petitioner's Counsel today.

3. For issuing a duly authenticated copy of the Transfer Certificate, it is submitted that the writ petitioner has to make an application, the first respondent has to forward the same to the concerned Authorities, intimate them and then issue a authenticated copy.

4. It is submitted that the writ petitioner will make necessary application within a week from today and writ petitioner will be furnished authenticated copy of the transfer certificate within a fortnight therefrom.

State Counsel submits that necessary approval / clearance will be given to the first respondent for issuing authenticated copy of Transfer Certificate to writ petitioner.

5. As aforesaid stated position of the parties puts an end to the plea in the instant writ petition, the stated position of the parties is recorded and the Writ Petition is disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
