ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4

528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.36 of 2020 and to file final report within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has already been completed and final report was made ready on 15.02.2022 and seeks one month time to file the final report before the jurisdictional Court.

3. Recording the same, the respondent is directed to file the final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
