Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd Respondent proceedings in BO (Che) 11963/201718006008413/2017/18, dated 06.06.2018 and quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to sanction and pay the educational loan for 4 years (2017 to 2021) for a sum of Rs.3,55,600/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty Five Thousand Six Hundred only) to the petitioner's daughter Miss. Sherlin Sujitha.
