This petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to extend the time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.6487 of 2019 dated 30.04.2019 for the petitioner to surrender before the II Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Tirunelveli.
Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 6487/ 2019 ::- This petition file under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the Learned II Additional District Judge, (PCR), Tirunelveli to accept the surrender of the Petitioner/Accused and consider the petitioner Bail Application and grant bail on the date of surrender itself in Crime No.239 of 2019 on the file of 2nd Respondent Police.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Selvakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order: This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6487 of 2019, dated 30.04.2019 for the petitioner to surrender before the II Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Tirunelveli.
