When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in the main Writ Petition, the Thasildar passed an order on 01.08.2025 in his proceedings in Na.Ka.Ni.A.S.1/3413/2025, relegating the petitioner to workout his remedy before the civil Court, as he is unable to produce any documents before the authorities to establish his exclusive right over the subject property. The copy of the said order is also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
