This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders in the 3rd respondent's recommendation relating to the cancellation of sub divisions in Survey Nos.76/1A, 76/1B, and cancel the Patta Nos.337 and 419 and further restore the same in earlier position as in S.No.76/1 in connection with Patta No.108 in the name of Srinivasan S/o.Seeniammal property situated at Veeralangulam Village, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District by in his proceedings in Na.Ka.S1/2333/2023 dated 14.08.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the proceedings of the 3rd respondent for cancellation of the subdivision has not been acted upon.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the proceedings of the 3rd respondent would be considered by the 2nd respondent within a considerable time fixed by this Court.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the recommendation of the 3rd respondent vide proceedings dated 14.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after conducting enquiry and by hearing all the parties, including the respondents 4 and 5 along with their objections, if any.
