ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the IV Additional District and Sessions court, Madurai to dispose the I.A.No.02 of 2024 in O.S.No.509 of 2024.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 1 to 8, notice to the respondents 1 to 8 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner, who is the plaintiff, filed OS No.509 of 2024 for declaration and permanent injunction. Pending suit, the petitioner filed IA No.2/2024 for interim injunction restraining the respondents from alienating or transferring the suit property to third parties. Since the said petition is pending from the year 2024, the petitioner is before this Court for speedy disposal of the same.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of IA No.2/2024 as expeditiously as possible, 2/4

preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
