[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Ms.S.Mahalakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Thilakkumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent and Mr.S.J.Chakkaravarthy, learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent. There is no appearance for the 6th respondent. 2.
The prayer is to repair the damaged road in the survey numbers enumerated in the writ petition.

The civil suits filed by the respective parties have come to an end. 4.
According to the learned Government Pleader, the road has been laid.

In case, the road is not laid and there are no prohibitory orders against the State Government, then the State Government shall consider the position of the said road and take steps accordingly. If the road is not in proper condition, then appropriate steps should be taken to relay the road or to repair the road.
