To relax the condition imposed in Crl A (MD) No. 471 of 2022 on 17.08.2022 on the file of the Hon'ble High court Prayer:- CRL A(MD) 471 of 2022 Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14 A (2) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 as amended by Act of 1 of 2016 to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 22.07.2022 made in Crl.MP.No.1592 of 2022 in Spl.S.C. No.32 of 2022 on the file of the III Additional District Court (PCR) , Madurai and to set aside the same and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with the Crime No.590 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police by allowing this Criminal Appeal and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.L.Dhilipan Pandian Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Manikandan Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order:

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 17.08.2022 in Crl.A.(MD). No.471 of 2022.

2.By the above said order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the Villuppuram Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 30 days and thereafter before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner on 02.10.2022, the petitioner was arrested and remanded in judicial custody in respect of some other case.

4.In view of the submission made by the counsel on either side, there is no question as to the relaxation of the condition at this stage. After obtaining the bail order in the above case, the petitioner can revive the present application for relaxation. 5.This criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed accordingly.
