Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MATHIYALAGAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to non availability of surety, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 09.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11492 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8759 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days finally from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
